Relining projects require precise coordination, controlled fit-up, and high-quality welds under constrained conditions. We have completed relining work on pipelines ranging from 36 inches to 144 inches in diameter, including collapsed liners, steel liners installed through portals, and long-distance relining systems.

Our experience includes major relining projects throughout California for San Diego County Water Authority, Metropolitan Water District and Santa Clara Valley Water. These projects often involve multiple access points, longitudinal seam welding, circumferential welds, grout rings, and plug welding — all performed efficiently and safely to minimize system downtime.
