Project Description– The work consists of rehabilitation of approximately 9,000 linear feet of prestressed concrete cylinder pipe (PCCP) including excavating access portals and removing portions of existing PCCP for pipeline access, furnishing and installing steel liner cylinders and valves, expanding and welding the steel pipe cylinders.  

Our Role – We fit up, welded and tested 6k feet of 93” collapsed liner cans ranging in thicknesses of ½”-7/8”. We also welded a run of solid cans that included (125) 93”x1” liner cans and (161) 93”x 1-1/16” liner cans. This project certainly had its challenges with grades of up to 40 percent steep. We also welded the 12 manholes, 4,000 grout ports and 6 closures.
